ACE New Portal Online Session

Arts Council England has launched a new portal for applications and it can take some getting used to. This online session, led by Luke Emery from the In Good Company Artist Support team, will help you understand the essentials before you begin.

Across a clear walkthrough, you will learn what to prepare in advance, spot easy to miss features, note quirks of the system and understand the recent changes to application questions. We will also cover what happens after you press submit.

The session lasts thirty minutes with fifteen minutes for questions, and is suitable for both returning applicants and first timers.

To make the most of the session, we highly recommend having your Arts Council applicant profile setup. It can take up to 10 working days for ACE to confirm your new profile has been approved. If your profile is approved before the session, it is well worth you taking some time to get familiar with the new portal as it may help you think of some questions that you might want to bring to the session
