Freedom in leadership is about choice — how we show up, how we use our voice, and how we model possibility for others. It’s about recognizing that we are both the creator and the caretaker of the spaces we lead.

This retreat is an invitation to step fully into that choice. We will explore the internal and external barriers that keep us from fully owning our impact and uncover what becomes possible when we acknowledge our own freedom and see ourselves as co-creators of our experience.

We’ll explore:

• Resourcefulness: Discovering the hidden solutions and unspoken wisdom that already exist within you and your team.
• Ingenuity: Reimagining obstacles as invitations to innovate and expand what’s possible.
• Ownership: Shifting from effect to cause — embracing accountability as an act of power, not obligation.
