Who is this event for?

This event is designed for children and youth with disabilities who may not be able to fully enjoy a traditional carnival experience. Siblings are welcome to join the fun too!

Is this for children with any sort of disability?

Yes! If your child has noise sensitivities we can provide noise canceling headphones at the event.

Due to ongoing construction, we ask that all guests park in the free parking garage located off Beaver Ave.
