Each participant will receive a Free 24 x 36 Art Poster signed by the Artist. A value of at least $100.

(One) 16 x 20 sized canvas, Nontoxic Acrylic Paints, Multiple Palette Knives, One Painting Palette, One Apron, One Chair, Table, One Easel, One Bottled water (Free 24 x 36 Art Poster Signed by the Artist)

Where is the class located?

This class will take place at the Art Studio at 388 Canal Place, in the Bronx, on Line 4, 149th Street Station, which is about 1 stop away from Yankee Stadium (161 St. Station).

About the instructor: My name is Ligel Lambert, and I am an artist and educator. I received an M.F.A in Interdisciplinary Arts from RMIT University in 2013, and a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of West Florida in 2021. My B.F.A is in Graphic Design (2011). I am also an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Marine Corps (2000-2004). From 2006 until 2010, I worked at Savannah State University’s Upward Bound Program, where I mentored & instructed high school students in visual arts and graphic design. From 2011 - 2022, I have taught students of all ages in fine art, from drawing to painting to sculpture, graphic design, pottery, and more. I look forward to being your instructor for a session or more. Currently, I am a doctoral student at Columbia University.
