"Abstract Connections" Opening Reception

Laurie Lamont Murray’s abstract paintings are journeys into perception, designed to awaken surprise and invite new ways of seeing. With sustained contemplation, shapes shift, colors deepen, and textures unfold into something greater than their parts. At times figurative, at times rooted in the natural world, at times immersed in fields of color or drifting into the intangible, her works open doors to layered stories. Each painting extends an invitation— for the viewer to enter, to wander, and ultimately to complete the narrative in their own way.

We will also be celebrating the opening of "Luminosity" in Gallery 2, with Barbara Brocklebank, Robyn Gecht, Elizabeth Stern, & Fotini Vurgaropulou! Light refreshments will be served.
