Absolute Beginner Dance Course - 8 Weeks

Mondays 5:45pm-6:45pm
November 3rd - December 22nd

8-week course designed specifically for those who have always wanted to learn how to dance! We will cover rhythm & timing, simple foundations and grooves, basic technique, dance terminology/common lingo, and dance class etiquette. You will experience the following styles; ballet, contemporary, jazz, jazz funk, grooves, and hip-hop. Our goal is that by the end of the course you will feel confident enough to hop into our intro level courses/drop-in classes!

Attire: Comfortable dance clothes, sneakers recommended
What to Bring: Water bottle, and enthusiasm!
