Overview
The Arkansas Black Philanthropy Collaborative is thrilled to welcome New York Times bestselling author, journalist, cultural critic, and political commentator Charles M. Blow to the Arkansas Black Philanthropy Collaborative’s 5th Anniversary Convening on December 2, 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
As we celebrate five years of ABPC, this milestone gathering will look at the history and future of Black giving while addressing today’s shifting philanthropic landscape.
Through Mr. Blow’s keynote and rich conversations with leaders across philanthropy and the nonprofit sector, we’ll explore how nonprofits are navigating this moment and what role philanthropy must play in shaping a more equitable future.
ABPC also will present the Morrow Black Philanthropy Award to Dr. Sherece West-Scantlebury, Dr. Charlotte Lewellen-Williams, and Dr. Naccaman Williams for their tireless leadership in the philanthropic community.
There will be a networking hour in the third floor Gallery area featuring entertainment from the Rodney Block Collective starting at 5:00 pm with the dinner and program starting at 6:00 pm.
