If you've managed to find the non-descript, unmarked door down a graffiti covered Melbourne laneway, then you've likely enjoyed an intimate evening sipping cocktails at Above Board.

Owner and Founder of Above Board Hayden Lambert and Iki-jime's own Head Chef James Cornwall have collaborated on a four-course seafood dinner with thoughtfully curated and matched cocktails.

First Course

Fruits of the Sea – Moonlight Kiss oysters, diamond clams, trout roe, jalapeno, tomato

Forbidden fruit; Mancino Bianco, fresh tomato juice and lemon


Second Course

Grilled octopus, smoked eggplant, Gascony butter, herbs

The Corrective Cup; Tequila, lemon juice, bitters and a special Corrective Cup blend

Main Course

Flinders Island Kingfish, Jerusalem artichoke, heirloom carrot, spanner crab
