Join us for a one-night-only affair at Columbia Restaurant featuring the legendary wine, Abadía Retuerta. Born from the 12th-century Premonstratensian monastery of Santa María de Retuerta near the Duero River, this estate has been transformed into a world-renowned winery and five-star destination. Its vineyards span 700 hectares of historic Castilian land, where time, tradition and innovation meet.
Guiding the evening will be Sergio Sabater, American Sales Manager and brand ambassador for Abadía Retuerta, alongside Andrea Gonzmart Williams, fifth-generation caretaker of the Columbia. Together, they will share the stories and spirit behind the wines as each course unfolds. Guests will savor a curated lineup of wines that showcase Abadía’s unique “pagos,” or single-vineyard plots. These carefully tended parcels yield exceptional expressions of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and more, brought to life through sustainable practices and gravity-fed winemaking.
