Long-time AAJA-LA member Ada Tseng is running the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon to raise money for the Asian American Journalism Association - Los Angeles chapter. And we are throwing a karaoke fundraiser on Saturday, September 20.

Why support the Asian American Journalism Association?

It’s A ROUGH TIME FOR JOURNALISM. Nurturing and championing journalism skills — such as fact-checking, digital discernment, ethical storytelling and civic engagement — is more important than ever. The money for this fundraiser will go toward scholarships and internships for early career Asian American journalists, as well as wellness and career-building programming for all LA-based journalists.
