AACEi Boston Section: Overview of Graphical Path Method Scheduling
Overview
AACE Boston Section is excited to welcome Brian Sullivan and Angel Arvelo from PMA Consultants to our November Technical Meeting. This will be a hybrid meeting, in person at PMA Consultants in Braintree, MA.
This session introduces the Graphical Path Method (GPM) and NetPoint®, PMA Consultants’ innovative scheduling tool that transforms traditional project planning. GPM replaces batch-style CPM algorithms with a real-time, logic-driven approach that enables intuitive activity placement and immediate schedule feedback.
