Overview

Get ready to dive deep into the world of Graphical Path Method – this Technical Meeting will provide practical applications of NetPoint!

AACE Boston Section is excited to welcome Brian Sullivan and Angel Arvelo from PMA Consultants to our November Technical Meeting. This will be a hybrid meeting, in person at PMA Consultants in Braintree, MA.

This session introduces the Graphical Path Method (GPM) and NetPoint®, PMA Consultants’ innovative scheduling tool that transforms traditional project planning. GPM replaces batch-style CPM algorithms with a real-time, logic-driven approach that enables intuitive activity placement and immediate schedule feedback. NetPoint leverages GPM to support interactive planning and scheduling, forensic schedule analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
