Is the conference really free?

Yes.  There is no cost to attend sessions and the information is AmAzInG!

How do I attend sessions?

Accepted Answer

The schedule will be emailed to everyone registered for AAC in the Cloud a few days before the conference.  You can enter sessions by clicking the links on that schedule.

You can also locate the schedule through our website at aacconference.com and enter sessions through the links on that site.

Question 3

Can I get CEUs for attending sessions?

Accepted Answer

While we have always offered certificates of attendance for those who view AAC in the Cloud sessions, this year we are excited to expand that opportunity and offer CEUs for many sessions.  Look for the indicator on the schedule to determine which sessions will have available CEUs.

Are sessions closed-captioned?

Accepted Answer

Conference sessions are posted to YouTube immediately after recording has ended, and we currently use YouTube's auto-captioning to support text-based access to sessions. As new technology becomes available we hope to adopt it, but without additional funding we can't support live transcription.

Question 6

Will sessions be recorded for later viewing?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  CoughDrop will record the sessions and make them available on Youtube after the conference. You can even still get a certificate of attendance for watching the videos after the fact.
