WHITE FLAG — Winter Solstice Special

Winter Solstice marks the deepest descent of the year — the longest night, the quiet turning inward, the moment where stillness gives birth to light.

In this special White Flag class, we honor the Water element of early winter and the wisdom of the kidneys — our storehouse of life force, courage, and deep rest. Through slow, fluid movement, breath, and spacious pauses, we soften the grip of fear and allow seasonal melancholy to become medicine.

This is not a class about effort or achievement.
It is a practice of surrender — laying down what is heavy, listening beneath the surface, and restoring what has been depleted.

Together, we move gently, rest deeply, and remember:
even in the dark, something is quietly being reborn.
