A Very British Whodunnit Last Orders at the Teabridge Taproom
Overview
Did someone say cocktails in teapots? Too right we did — and honestly, things go downhill (in the best possible way) from there.
Step inside Brit’s Pub for an evening of gloriously chaotic British fun: paint flying, secrets spilling, and enough drama to make the BBC commission a three-part special. A Very British Whodunnit is where art meets absurdity, scandal meets brushstrokes, and sensible behaviour takes the night off.
Think Sherlock Holmes meets Bridget Jones — after Bottomless Brunch, with a paintbrush in hand.
You and your crew will dive headfirst into the scandal rocking Teabridge, joining one of its infamous Societies — perhaps the polished-but-perilous Marmalade Majesties, the cool-and-questionable Cucumber Sandwich Syndicate, or the utterly unhinged Teacake Troublemakers. Each convinced they have the superior sleuthing skills (they don’t).
With a cocktail-filled teapot in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, you’ll follow clues, debate theories with alarming confidence, and craft a masterpiece that may or may not accidentally incriminate someone. Expect gasps. Expect outrage. Expect someone shouting, “I knew it!” far too early.
And because every proper British do requires a soundtrack…
our live DJ will be spinning the best British tunes across the decades — the anthems, the belters, the guilty pleasures — and naturally, a singalong will break out. Frankly, we’d worry if it didn’t.
Can your Society untangle the twists, outshine the competition, and seize the coveted Golden Teapot?
Or will you find yourself dramatically insisting, “This clue makes no sense whatsoever,” while topping up your cocktail?
Prizes await the sharpest tea-tectives — and one gloriously deserving guest will be crowned Chancellor of Cheeky Chat, the highest honour this entirely questionable establishment offers. How does one earn such glory? Ah. That would be telling.
