Cancellation Policy for Events
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy for our events:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the event start time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
- Credits for future events may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you'd like to request a credit, please email us at metamorphosis.lounge@icloud.com.
