A Tea Workshop on Gratitude and Healing

By Rooted Coffee Co

Overview

Join us for a cozy tea workshop where we'll explore the emotions of gratitude and grief in a meaningful way.

Description

This heart-centered, hands-on herbal workshop is designed to guide you into a deeper connection with nature through the art of tea-making. Together, we’ll explore the healing intersection of gratitude and grief, using tea as both ritual and reflection.

You’ll create your own personalized tea blend, choosing from a thoughtfully curated selection of herbs to complement its soft, uplifting energy. This process combines creativity with intention, giving you the chance to craft something that truly nourishes you. When your blend is complete, you’ll give it a name—adding that final, personal touch to your creation.

As we sip and share, we’ll slow down, connect with the natural world, and honor memory and meaning through mindful tea rituals, storytelling, and reflection. This gathering offers a space to acknowledge what we’ve lost, celebrate what remains, and find beauty in the bittersweet moments of life.

✨ Whether you’re new to herbalism or have been blending for years, you’ll leave feeling inspired, nurtured, and connected—to yourself, to others, and to the healing power of plants.
