Two of the Highlands' most talented chefs will take the stage to share their secrets:

Simon from UHI's prestigious Cookery School will demonstrate how to prepare a hearty, seasonal dish: Oatmeal Crusted Venison Collops served with a classic tattie scone, beetroot, and barley. Learn how to transform venison into a tender, flavourful autumn centrepiece.

Theo from the luxurious Links House Hotel will craft a sophisticated starter that celebrates Scotland's incredible seafood: a delicate Crab Crumpet topped with a rich brown butter hollandaise. Discover the techniques behind this elegant culinary treat.
