A talk with Fadi Kattan over a glass of exclusive Palestinian wine
Fadi Kattan is a well-known Palestinian chef for his brilliant book Bethlehem, his famously delicious restaurant Akub, Louf in Torronto and recently for Bethlehem’s first heritage luxury boutique hotel Kassa.
In March of 2026 an exhibition on Palestinian food and stories will be displayed at de wereldmuseum. This conversation with Fadi is part of what will be expected there.
For this event some special Palestinian wines were imported (Nadim and Ashkar). With the sponsorship of de wereldmuseum and noon coffee & culture the prices of those wines have been made accessible. The wine selection was curated by Anna Patrowicz. This is an effort to allow the fans of Fadi’s talent, wine lovers and Palestinian stories enthusiasts to come together in celebration of a culture known for its hospitality and amazing food.
