What is the accessibility?

The event is held in a yoga studio on the ground floor. All levels of mobility welcome. There is an ADA bathroom in front and two bathrooms in the back.

Are we sitting on the floor?

If the group is less than 10, we will be sitting on chairs and sofas. If the group is larger than 10, we'll move to one of the yoga studios with cushions and bolsters. Happy to let you know the day before the event. Just email me please if this is important to you. SanoTotum@gmail.

Yes, a single bathroom in the front of the yoga studio, and a women's room restroom with two stalls in the back of the studio.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Please bring a friend to the event. Note that everyone needs to be registered 24 hours prior to the event so we can plan our seating.

Where is the parking?

There is free parking in the lot south of the studio at Dellwood and Lee Road, and directly across the studio on Lee Road, and behind the building off Dellwood.

Welcome to A Sunday Afternoon Women's Circle!

Come join us for a relaxing and empowering gathering at Lotus Flower Yoga Collective. This event is the perfect opportunity for women to connect, share stories, and support each other in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our circle will always be on Sundays from 1-3pm, so mark your calendars and get ready for a restorative experience. Whether you're looking for new friendships, gentle guidance, or simply a space to unwind, this event is for you.

You can expect tea and snacks when you arrive and settle into a space around the circle. We have cushions and chairs available. All women are welcome.
