Working with Emotions: A Summer Workshop

You are invited to join a group of like-minded individuals as we examine our emotions and learn how to better move through emotional difficulties.

In the safety of a warm and nurturing environment, we will identify the emotional patterns and reactivity that keep us stuck, and find solutions to these challenges. You will gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships, recognizing the innate wisdom within you. Anavadya helps each participant live and love more authentically and creatively.
