Step into a peaceful, judgment-free space where creativity meets calm. HeART Alchemy, Color me Calm is an art therapy-inspired class designed for adults who want to relax, let go, and reconnect with themselves through painting and simple guided meditation.
You don’t need to know how to draw a stick figure—really! This isn’t about “making art,” it’s about expressing what’s inside through color, texture, and movement. Your brush becomes your voice, and your canvas becomes your journal. Each class includes:
• A short, gentle meditation to ground your thoughts
• Time to paint freely based on emotions, not technique
• Soft music, supportive energy, and lots of encouragement
• A chance to reflect (only if you want to!)
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with an experience of feeling lighter, more joyful and a confidence of your creative spark with in you —something only you could create. It’s not about the final product—it’s about how it made you feel along the way.
