A Space to Grieve
Overview
No long-term commitment required - attend as often as you feel called!
A Space to Grieve is a welcoming community gathering for anyone navigating loss, change, or grief in its many forms. Together, we create a safe and compassionate space to share, listen, and simply be with what arises.
Each session blends grounding practices (such as meditation or reflection) with supportive conversation in community. You are invited to come exactly as you are—there is no need to have the “right” words or to share more than feels comfortable.
This group is not about fixing or rushing grief. Instead, it’s about making room for it, honoring your unique process, and remembering that you are not alone.
Who it’s for:
- Anyone experiencing grief, whether from death, endings, transitions, or other forms of loss
- Those seeking connection, validation, and community in their healing process
- People curious about grief work in a supportive, open-hearted setting
What to expect:
- Guided meditation or grounding practice
- Gentle prompts for reflection
- Space to share (if you wish) and listen in community
- A compassionate, non-judgmental environment
- Access to embodiment classes at local gyms & yoga studios
Come as you are. All identities, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome.
