Workshop Description

This 105-minute workshop is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and find your center.

Perfect for those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, this experience blends movement with the transformative power of Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) to support nervous system regulation, inner safety, and lasting ease.


We’ll begin with Qi-gong-inspired movements, freeing stuck energy and easing tension in the shoulders, hips, and fascia. These intentional movements are designed to release physical and energetic blockages, stoke your inner fire, and build life force energy (Qi).

The second half will focus on TRE®, a gentle yet powerful method that allows your body to release deeply held tension and trauma naturally.

By connecting to your autonomic nervous system, you’ll learn how to step out of your head and into a state of calm, clarity, and connection.
TRE® deepens with practice, offering a sustainable path to healing, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

You’ll leave feeling calm, open, and centered, with a deeper connection to your body and a renewed sense of aliveness.

  • Letting go of overwhelm and mental chatter
  • Releasing physical and emotional tension
  • Freeing stuck energy and opening meridian pathways
  • Improving sleep, posture, and overall energy flow

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water, journal and pen and any props like pillows or blankets for added comfort.

Bryan Raymond is a trauma-informed Somatic healing coach.

He specializes in guiding overthinkers, and those navigating chronic overwhelm to step out of survival mode, even chronic pain/ fatigue and autoimmune conditions and into freedom, ease, and flow.
