Meet Your Pairing Experts:
Allen Nash is a Sommelier with over a decade of experience in the service industry with 3 years in upscale fine dining. Allen currently works as a sommelier and server at Prossimo Ristorante where he has cultivated a reputation for providing his guests top quality service and unforgettable experiences.
Kat Griffin is the owner of Filigree Jams, a local jam business that features unique jam flavors meant to be paired with artisan cheeses. Kat previously worked as a Petroleum Engineer and has since left her career for one that allows her to stretch her creative side. She has immersed herself in the food industry to build out her resume and improve her skillset which includes experience in fine dining, a Kitchen 66 Launch Program graduate, and a certificate in the Fundamentals of Sensory Analysis of Artisan Cheeses from the University of Vermont.
