The age of AI has surely taken the legal world by storm. Both law firms and service providers have been incorporating AI into their workflows for years and more recently are beginning to utilize Generative AI and LLMs to focus in on the response data and information in a case. This discussion will look at some of the generative AI-based tools designed for litigation and the speakers will provide their feedback on the risks and rewards of using these new tools. The panel also will consider the ethical implications of using these tools and will look at how client information and confidences can be maintained appropriately when using AI-based technologies.
