There is a part of you that knows how to be still.
It longs for quiet mornings, unrushed breaths, and the feeling of being deeply present — not for anyone else, but for yourself. In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, this is your chance to return inward.
This retreat is a sacred pause — a break from technology, urgency, and noise. A space where your nervous system can exhale, and your body can lead. Through movement, nature, stillness, and connection, you’ll remember what it feels like to truly be alive and at peace.
You don’t need to earn rest. You don’t have to fix yourself. You only need to return. This gathering is your invitation to do just that — to return to the self beneath the stress, the roles, and the pressure — and remember that who you are is enough
The retreat will take place in the magical Latin American island of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico means ‘Rich Port’, and it is exactly that - richening, nurturing, and enlightening. I have experienced some of the biggest inner transformations on this island, as have many others. It carries an energy and frequency of love, resilience, and renewal.
Puerto Rico is one of the most ecologically diverse places in the Caribbean, with over 60% of the island covered in mountains, forests, and rivers. You can feel this richness all around you — in the mountains, rivers, forests, and nearby ocean. A large portion of our healing occurs in nature, and a large part of me has healed here. This is why I couldn’t imagine hosting this retreat in any other place.

Meet Your Guide
Jillian is a somatic guide, yoga teacher, and grief healing mentor with nearly a decade of experience in both wellness and emotional transformation. Her work is rooted in personal truth — having navigated profound loss and trauma, she’s walked the path of returning to the body, reclaiming her power, and finding peace in the present.
She draws from the wisdom of yoga, Buddhist teachings, and her own lived experience with grief to offer spaces that are both deeply nurturing and liberating. Through modalities like movement, breathwork, hypnosis, sound, and emotional expression, Jillian helps others return home to themselves — not through force, but through presence, softness, and embodied wisdom.
Jillian has taught at TikTok headquarters, international retreats, and at programs led by New York Times bestselling author Hope Edelman. Whether guiding a circle or holding silence in a mountain sunrise, she believes true healing happens when we reconnect to nature, to our bodies, and to the truth that already lives within us.
The Healing Outdoors
You’ll be immersed in acres of healing mountain land, where walking trails lined with fruit trees and the river path to the private Tree House invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember your connection to the earth — and to yourself. All within the property.
Come rise above the noise. Return to your nature. Breathe, create, and reconnect.
Retreat Testimonial
“Having the experience of Jillian’s sessions was transformational for me. I was at my first work retreat in Puerto Rico. I’m a mental health therapist so with my work I’m continuously challenging myself to be more open. I usually have to fight to take deep breaths for example, and am not very flexible, especially after undergoing chemo for estrogen-positive breast cancer earlier this year.
Aside from just meeting Jillian and her charismatic energy, I had no idea that her yoga, sound bath, and reiki sessions were going to be some of the most transformational experiences of my life. After we had finished a calming and relaxing yoga session and were in her sound bath I was beyond relaxed. I felt my hips starting to open up which was new for me. As we entered the Reiki portion of her healing treatment, I could feel my chest open and lift like it had a kind of its own. My chest was moving up and down with the deepest most invigorating breaths of my life. I noticed this was happening every time she was near me during the session. It was so refreshing and exciting to have this experience. I couldn’t wait for the next morning session with her.
The next morning I had a lot of fun with her poses. Not only does she make yoga so much fun, but she is also well-versed in her poses and practice. She has motivated me to further explore a yoga master that will inspire me like she has. Although I know they won’t hold a candle to her, I’m excited about the practice again and understand how important it is for my healing journey, and just as a part of my daily life. Thank you Jillian for being such an impactful, loving, and committed person in your practice! I will recommend you to the moon and back and can’t wait till I have the opportunity to take any course from you again!”

“I am writing this review in deep gratitude for your extraordinary work at our retreat in Puerto Rico. It was truly remarkable to witness the transformative power of your yoga and somatic healing sessions.
From the perspective of a psychiatrist, I value therapeutic techniques that promote mental and physical well-being in an integrative and holistic manner. Your deep understanding of yoga and somatic therapy seamlessly aligns with this approach. It's clear that you have mastered the art of helping individuals release trapped emotions and heal from past traumas, promoting a more harmonious mental state.
Your unique approach provided a nurturing and transformative experience for all retreat participants. Your sessions embodied compassion, patience, and profound knowledge. The safe and supportive environment you cultivated allowed everyone, irrespective of their yoga proficiency level, to engage and benefit immensely.
In an era when we are searching for more holistic approaches to mental health, your work is a beacon of inspiration. I am convinced that the fusion of yoga and somatic healing will continue to play a vital role in mental health and wellness.
