Class description:
The mission of the Outer Limits System is to demystify ancient energy practices and simplify them so they can be learned quickly, easily, and in a fun way by anyone regardless of prior experience.
We will explore the mind/body connection and how we can heal and make changes that can be felt instantaneously. We will use this to slow our thoughts and treat anxiety and stress as well as using it to build vital energy to heal ourselves and others.
We will use soft and gentle movements to move and cultivate energy leaving us feeling lighter, more relaxed, with less pain and better range of motion.
Overall being left with in better state of well being!
We will practice with other classmates building community and making it a more fun and interactive environment to remember how powerful we truly are.
Questions from the group are always welcomed to help to tailor a unique experience for the day!
