Let's ground ourselves in what self-work and connection actually require. Not just conceptually, but relationally. Not just individually, but collectively. If you've been looking for a way to ease into your week with a bit less internal tension, this might be for you.
Join me for a 4-week gathering exploring The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz; a call to courage, embodiment, and transforming the way we relate, repair, and reshape culture from the inside out.
distorts
What we'll discuss:
- An agreement each week,
- How the misuse of power, trauma, and silence distorts our capacity for connection,
- Why discomfort isn’t a problem, it’s a portal,
- How to move from reaction to response, from performance to presence.
What you’ll practice:
- Embodied reflection and awareness,
- Conversational courage rooted in care and accountability,
- Tools for navigating conflict, rupture, and repair,
- Being with (not bypassing) the messy middle of internal and external conflict.
What you’ll need:
- Optional: The book, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
- A blanket or mat
- An open mind/heart
This will not be a passive 'book club' discussion. We'll read, discuss, meditate, journal, reflect, and incorporate mindful movement to make this a full experience. There will be music and moments of pause. There'll be space to grapple with, reflect, and reimagine how we show up for ourselves, each other, and the world we hope to usher in despite the hot mess(es) we're in.
Bring your questions, your edges, and your whole self. We'll do our best to hold it all together.
