Please join Her Optimal Health on October 24, 2025 at the Rusty Wrench Brewing Company where we will be hosting a night to celebrate and educate regarding all things menopause related.
The evening will involve food catered by the Rusty Wrench Brewing Company, games and prizes, mingling, and presentations by a rockstar panel!
The evening will involve presentations from the following individuals:
- Lindsay Damen of Her Optimal Health - Nurse Practitioner
- Dr. Sumar Chams of Her Optimal Health - Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
- Emily Arthur of Brant Nutrition - Registered Dietitian
- Amie Latta of Amie Latta Psychotherapy - Registered Psychotherapist

There will be time to explore different educational materials, speak with our presenters and other staff from Her Optimal Health, and break down the stigmas surround menopause.
This is an exclusive event and registration is mandatory for admission. Price of admission is 1 non-perishable food item and/or menstrual health product, which will be donated to Strathroy's Women's Rural Resource Centre. Additional donations are welcome and will be collected.
