A Night in the Nave Sleep Out 2026

By Light Project Peterborough

Overview

Experience a night of what homelessness feels like and raise awareness and funds to help those people sleeping rough in your city every day.

A Night in the Nave Sleep Out at Peterborough Cathedral!

Homelessness can happen to anyone, at any time, and for various reasons. For one night you can gain insight into what that feels like by taking part in our sleep out.

Together we can help make Peterborough a better place for all by raising awareness of homelessness and raise vital funds to support those experiencing it every day.

So will you brave a night in the cold?....

Register your place and join us on Thursday 19th March 2026 at 6:30pm, at Peterborough Cathedral.

There'll be people with lived experience of homelessness as well as live entertainment. You will also wake up with a pastry and hot drink in the morning.

We kindly ask you to raise as much as you can in sponsorships. You can do so by setting up a fundraising page from our JustGiving campaign page.

*Please note: For health & safety and Safeguarding reasons, this event is not suitable for those under 16 years old. For those under that age or unable to come to the Cathedral, you can do your own sleepout at home, workplace or school and still get involved fundraising for us.
