FAQs
How do ticket sales work?
Official tickets sales are only through this page. You will receive an order confirmation once your payment has processed successfully.
Do I need to check in when I arrive?
- Yes. The check-in time will be 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
- Arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of the check-in time will allow us to start the event on-time.
- Show your ticket (which includes your order #, email and full name) to the OnePlus staff at the check-in area, which will be marked with signage.
- Please note that your ID may be required at check-in for verification.
Why does this event cost $40 to attend?
Although we want to include as many fans as possible, there will be limited seats available. Charging for admission helps us get an accurate head count of who will attend on the big day. Ticket sale proceeds will go to help the advancement of tech innovation.
What time will the event end?
The main event should last approximately 45 - 60 minutes, with an optional after-event experience.
What will be in my complimentary swag bag?
The swag bag will include:
- a OnePlus Travel Backpack
- a OnePlus Hoodie in your selected size
- a OnePlus Baseball Cap
- other exclusive goodies.
If I miss the check-in time, can I arrive late?
Please do not miss the check-in time. Once the check-in is closed, you may not be able to enter the venue by security.
Is there a discount for group ticket purchases?
There are no group ticket purchases available. Each account is limited to purchasing 2 tickets maximum at the standard price.
Will I be able to buy OnePlus products at this event?
We are not planning to sell any products at this time.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. Tickets will be sold through this page only.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The address is 307 Kent Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249. Parking is not covered, so if you're not planning to take a ride to the venue, public transport is the way to go! For more information, visit https://www.villain-llc.com/.
What can I bring to the event?
You are welcome to bring devices to shoot pictures and video during the event, as long as it's not disruptive. Please do not bring food or drinks to the venue. Lights snacks and drinks will be offered at the event.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to a different buyer. If you successfully got a ticket but can't make it for any reason, please do let us know in advance. We will release the tickets to other people on the waiting list.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring your ticket in print form or on your phone through the Eventbrite app. As long as all of your information can be seen clearly.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No. Correct information will help us to check every attendee in efficiently. You may be asked to provide a valid form of identification when you go through the check-in area. Your ID must correspond with the information on your ticket.
Is my ticket transferrable?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred to a different buyer. If you successfully got a ticket but can't make it for any reason, please do let us know in advance. We will release the tickets to other people on the waiting list.
