A New Model for Art: IAP at the WEAM

A New Model for Art: IAP at the WEAM

By International Art Project Foundation

Overview

Art becomes impact. Experience the debut of the International Art Project at the WEAM during Miami Art Week.

Join us for a special evening at the World Erotic Art Museum (WEAM) as we unveil the International Art Project (IAP) Presentation and showcase select works from the Elysian Art Collection, featuring Gyuri Lohmüller.

Enjoy complimentary wine, connect with other art enthusiasts, and experience an unforgettable start to Miami Art Week.

This exhibition is presented with the support of Helmut Schuster, Director of WEAM, who has championed the ideas behind IAP and its mission to redefine the role of art in society — not as something stored, but as a living force for change.

About the Exhibition

This special presentation introduces the International Art Project (IAP), a nonprofit foundation that transforms donated artwork into humanitarian fuel — funding projects that bring clean water, education, and hope to communities around the world.

This installation marks IAP’s first-ever museum presentation, offering guests a rare look into a new model of philanthropy where art and impact move hand in hand.

Alongside IAP’s presentation, the Elysian Art Collection will feature works by Gyuri Lohmüller, the exclusive surrealist artist represented by Elysian. His luminous paintings explore imagination, isolation, and transcendence. Each exhibited piece reflects both artistic mastery and the potential of art to create real-world impact.

About the International Art Project

The International Art Project challenges the traditional museum model — where most donated art remains unseen — by using art as a catalyst for measurable good.

Through IAP, each artwork becomes a vessel for progress: a painting funds a well, a sculpture builds a playground, and creativity fuels global transformation.

To date, IAP-supported projects have provided clean water for thousands, built schools and libraries, and created new opportunities for communities across multiple continents.

A Collaborative Evening at WEAM

This event coincides with the opening of Mark Kostabi: Revisited, curated by Helmut Schuster. Attendees are invited to experience both exhibitions — Kostabi’s exploration of modern intimacy and IAP’s vision of global connection through art — together illustrating how creativity, compassion, and collaboration shape the human experience.
