Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free parking out front of the Radisson Hotel. If you have to park in the mall garage, your parking will be validated the night of with a single (free) exit ticket.

Do I get to choose my seats when I purchase my tickets?

No, but your seats will be reserved with your name on it the night of.
