About this event

Arts • Painting

Join dot mandala artist Shruti Giri for this artist workshop using the Dot Mandala technique. You will create a fall pumpkin using beautiful fall colors.

The Dot Mandala technique combines the ancient spiritual practice of Eastern mandalas with Australian Aboriginal dot painting traditions developed to conceal sacred imagery. In Sanskrit, "mandala" means "circle" and symbolizes the universe and the path to enlightenment. Mandala art is used for meditation, prayer, healing, and as a spiritual guide to connect with the inner self.

To that end, we will create a meditative experience with candles, scents and music, along with a fall drink, as we get creative. Bring your best friend, or use this as an opportunity for self-care. You will enjoy the afternoon.
