About this event

Arts • Sculpture

This is not just an art experience — it’s a reflection on how God shapes, refines, and restores us through every season.

Just as a lump of clay must be molded, stretched, and placed in the fire before it becomes strong enough to endure, our own transformation often begins in discomfort. Life will deal each of us a “bad hand” at times — moments of pain, waiting, or loss. But those moments call for a choice: Will I stay hardened, or will I surrender and allow myself to be shaped by the Creator?

This evening invites participants to immerse themselves in creativity, community, and reflection through two deeply symbolic experiences:

  • Clay Creation with The Clay Studio — Participants will be guided by The Clay Studio’s teaching artists in shaping a personal clay vessel, symbolizing the body and spirit being formed through grace, forgiveness, and surrender.
  • Perfume Bar by Nosebar — A hands-on scent-making experience where guests craft a fragrance to serve as a sensory reminder of God’s promises, peace, and presence in times of turmoil.

Together, these experiences represent two sides of faith:

The clay reminds us of what we’re made of. The aroma reminds us of what we carry within.

The evening will also feature:

  • Live music by DJ Res, setting the soulful atmosphere and flow of the night.
  • Food catered by Chef Shadee of Foodheadz Philly, offering nourishing and creative small bites.

Through art, scent, sound, and spirit, we’ll reflect on how God molds us in moments of pressure, restores us through faith, and fills us with abundance to pour back into others.

Join us for an evening of faith, creativity, and divine reflection — where community becomes testimony, and creation becomes worship.
