A Live Preview of the new Organizational Mindfulness Program
Overview
About this Event
Learn about the all-secular, all-science, performance-focused Organizational Mindfulness program — and how you can be certified to practice, facilitate within your own organization, teach through your own programs or coaching practice — or become an IOSM Teaching Partner to sell and deliver the proprietary IOSM curriculum.
Join us for an introduction to the certification program and a walkthrough of each course level. This is an extraordinary opportunity to bring the next generation of neural training to your students, clients, team, or organization.
The Organizational Mindfulness MBI
Organizational Mindfulness is a new category of mindfulness-based intervention (MBI), designed from the ground up to scale individual and organizational performance. Just as MBSR is an intervention for pain and stress management, and MBCT supports cognitive behavioral therapy, the Organizational Mindfulness MBI teaches neural skills for personal, leadership and team development.
Practice, Facilitate, or Teach
IOSM Organizational Mindfulness Program offers three independent but interlocking levels of certification. Participants start by earning the OM Practitioner Certification, and can optionally move on to the Facilitator and Teacher Certifications from there. Certified Teachers are encouraged to incorporate all-science Organizational Mindfulness insights into their own programs, or unlock the proprietary IOSM curriculum as a Teaching Partner.
