Begin with crystal bowls and intention setting before moving through three sauna and cooling rounds: winter’s stillness with rain stick and chimes, spring’s renewal with drum and chant, and summer’s warmth with ocean drum and gong. Close with crystal bowls, grounding back to your beginning, then relax, swim, and connect.
