Ms. Shilpa Kadam- Principal Data Scientist, INSOFE. Masters in Statistics - Hyderabad Central University

With over 18 years of experience in various consulting projects, research and product development, Shilpa holds a PMP certificate from PMI and FLMI and AAPA from LOMA.

Prior to INSOFE, she delivered Data Science solutions as part of the BI and Data Analytics team with a focus on pre-sales. Shilpa has extensive hands-on experience and passion for R&D. From being a Research Analyst to a Lead Data Scientist now, she has built expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning, and optimization techniques while always on a lookout for challenging problems.

Her areas of expertise are planning and architecting Data Science solution for a given business problem and helping the teams in successful execution and delivery of the projects and product teams.
