Join us for a supportive 4-week skills group designed to help adults take gentle, meaningful steps toward managing mild-moderate depression. Led by experienced facilitators Sabrina Kasner, LCSW, MSW and Taylor Krueger, B.A., Clinical Intern, this group offers a safe space to find hope, build practical skills, and connect with others on similar journeys. Over four weeks, participants will:

● Learn ways to challenge negative thoughts

● Build motivation to take action, even on tough days

● Develop coping skills and mindfulness tools

● Create a personalized plan for moving forward
