Join us for a guided photo walk where mindfulness meets creativity in the heart of nature. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), this experience invites you to see the forest in a whole new way—through your lens and through your senses.


What to expect:

  • Meet, greet, and get present with a grounding exercise.
  • Intentional walking through peaceful forest trails.
  • Guided photo prompts to awaken your eye.
  • Opportunities to capture textures, light, and hidden beauty.
  • Moments of reflection, grounding, or meditation.
  • Forest tea & a sharing circle to close.


No photography experience needed.

Smartphones, DSLRs, and film cameras all welcome.

Leave with meaningful images—and a sense of calm.


Includes: Forest tea, photography prompts. Easy pace, suitable for all fitness levels. Spaces are limited to keep things intimate.


What to bring: Camera or smartphone, water bottle, comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing.
