A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols for Christmas

Join the Choirs of St. John's, Lafayette Square "The Church of the Presidents" for a beloved Washington DC holiday tradition. Patterned after the famed service at Kings College, Cambridge, Lessons and Carols is sung in the beauty of a candlelit church. The service includes nine lessons interspersed with carols and choral music that tell the story of Christmas.

Complimentary valet parking is available at the corner of 16th and H Streets NW beginning at 4:30 p.m. The service is followed by a complimentary wine and cheese reception. Invite your friends and family to join us for this special DC holiday offering.
