Attuning with the earth’s cycles and heeding fall’s transition inward supports the rhythms of our inner world, our need for rest, and helps us prepare for winter’s replenishment after the bright expression of summer.
As women, it’s normal to feel out of touch with our rhythms and instincts in modern life. Resisting fall’s transition can lead to anxiety, isolation, or depletion in winter. But when we embrace this shift, we open to receive nourishment and renewal in solitude.
This workshop is an invitation to:
- Reconnect with your intuition
- Trust your cycles and inner wisdom
- Tend to your soul work and wildish nature
- Restore strength of spirit without compromising vitality
Together, we’ll spend time writing, grounding, listening, sensing, and bearing witness to what is ready to emerge—supported by the collective medicine of the group.
You will walk away from this workshop with greater sensing, capacity, coherence, and nourishment.
Entry includes a cup of authentic ceremonial cacao grown and prepared by traditional stewards in Latin America.
