Advent Meditations for the Jubilee

You're invited to a beautiful evening of prayer, reflection, and preparation for the holy season of Advent at St. Philip Catholic Church in Franklin, TN.

Designed especially for women, this in-person retreat will focus on the four themes of Advent—Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love—through guided meditations, fellowship, and Eucharistic worship.

Evening Includes:

• A warm and simple soup supper
• Advent preparation meditations on the themes of Advent
• A special time of Eucharistic Adoration and Confession
• Community with women of faith, led by Our Lady of Hope

Come and be renewed in heart and spirit as we journey together toward the celebration of Christ’s coming. Let Our Lady of Hope lead you to deeper faith, peace, and joyful expectation this Advent.

Any event fees that remain after covering the costs of the retreat will be donated to benefit Mulier Care in Nashville, TN. Learn more about Mulier Care at https://muliercare.org/

Adoration and confession will be offered by Fr. Gervan and Fr. Mang of St. Philip Catholic Church.

TICKET OPTIONS:

1. Purchase an individual tickets - $25 each.
2. Reserve a table of 6 for you and 5 friends - $100 per table

DETAILS:

1. This retreat is for women 18+.
2. Nursing babies only. Please make outside arrangements for childcare for all other children. There will be no childcare available at the event.
3. We will offer a simple soup supper featuring soups made by ladies in our St. Philip community. While we will offer at least one gluten and dairy-free option, we cannot accommodate all allergies or intolerances. Please feel free to provide your own food if you have a severe allergy or dietary preference.

EVENING-OF INFO:

1. Parking can be most easily found in the free 2nd Ave Garage, across 2nd Ave from St. Philip. Some street parking is available in the area as well. Do not park in business or bank lots, unless it is a paid lot and you pay the parking fee.
2. Enter through the doors directly to the left of the Original Church, facing Main Street, at the corner of 2nd and Main.
3. Soup Supper begins at 5:30 PM
4. Reflections begin at 6 PM
