About this event
Songwriters Hall of Fame (SHOF)and VARIETY present its fourth-annual Oscar® season industry event, with songwriters representing the 2020 nominees for Original Song in conversation at LA Film School on Tuesday, January 28th at 7:30PM.
Join this year's Oscar® nominated songwriters as they engage in a lively and informative discussion about how they got to where they are, the obstacles they have faced and overcome, the specific challenges and rewards of writing songs for film...and much more!
The evening will be hosted by SHOF inductee, Oscar® winner and songwriting legend Paul Williams, and moderated by leading film music writer and VARIETY journalist Jon Burlingame.
The event is free of charge and parking is validated. Registration is required and tickets are issued on a first come first served basis until capacity is reached.
