Meet the Presenters:
This session is led by Dan George and Tania Mancilla from the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Division of Continuing Studies. Together, they co-developed Coaching Fundamentals, a 9-hour live online course launching this fall.

Dan George, BSIE, ACC, is an executive leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator with over 35 years of experience in global technology and professional services, including leadership roles at IBM, Accenture, and Deloitte. As a coach, he partners with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to help them grow into bold, values-driven leaders who think independently, act with courage, and inspire across boundaries. With over two decades of experience leading global teams, Dan brings deep insight and practical strategies to every coaching engagement—helping leaders go further, faster, by knowing more.
