This gathering is meant to honor the longest day of the year in what may feel like the longest year in a while...Summer Solstices are meant to not only mark the fire of Summer, but to also help us champion Illumination...a light that can conquer darkness.

For the first time ever, I am offering one of my favorite offerings usually offered on New Year's Eve "A Class on Letting Sh*t Go" in the summertime to let us tap into what can be burned away to light more fire in our hearts for what is possible...but we have to do that by first acknowledging the grief...the rage...the what was so we can then let that fire shine light on what can be.

Join us in a Gathering meant to help us Rise from Ashes to see what we can burn away: together. More on the offering below:

Sometimes as we move towards our great intentions, we can be fighting change that is meant to occur by holding onto old patterns. Is there something we need to let go of that isn't serving us? Are we stubbornly holding onto the need to be "right" in order to stay engaged in toxic relationships with others or self? It's time to let that sh*t go!

Bring a Journal, Open mind, Yoga Mat, and Open heart as we flow and let go. There will be yoga, journaling, and joining in sounds sacred and profane to help cleanse body mind, and soul. Color pencils also encouraged if you want to cleanse in color!

🅿️🚗Street parking is available!

Stefanie began her yoga journey as a performing artist in the practice of Baptiste Power Yoga in 2004.  Stefanie travelled the world as a performing artist and found yoga gave her a sense of groundedness and solace, no matter where her work and suitcases took her.

While touring in her professional offering of performing arts, Stefanie felt a feeling of isolation and disconnect from the world around her and craved an opportunity to hold space for herself and others to make a lasting impact.

Tragedy of losing a loved one suddenly hit her heart, and she decided to make a big change; from the stage, makeup and lights to the dark solace of the yoga room to process her grief, sense of disconnect and isolation.

Initially Stef thought she would get her Teacher Training Certificate and move to NYC to pursue her ambitions in the arts, but love and yoga kept her in Texas.  It was there that she met her Bhakti Yoga Teacher Sean Johnson, of Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band who lead her back to her creative spirit...This time sharing her love of music and storytelling to help heal and renew in a yoga room, one breath at a time.

Stefanie feels so blessed to have yoga and the arts back in her life, and to be able to share love and yoga with all of her being with you in the time and space of a yoga class.
