As the year comes to a close, many of us feel the pressure to set resolutions, reinvent ourselves, or somehow “start fresh” overnight.
But real change doesn’t happen through force or pushing.
It happens when we create enough space inside ourselves—
space to soften, space to breathe, space to let go—
so that something new can unfold naturally.
So the next version of you has room to rise at its own pace.
On December 27th, you’re invited to a grounding, heart-centered breathwork workshop designed to help you:

✨ destress and relax your nervous system
✨ clear emotional heaviness
✨ feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease
✨ reconnect with yourself before the new year begins
✨ open gently to whatever comes next
This is not a resolutions workshop.
There’s no pressure, no performance, and no expectation of who you “should” be by January 1st.

Tannia, the heart behind Your Alchemizing Breath, guides you through a gentle three-step breathwork technique rooted in conscious connected breathing.
With intuition and a grounding presence, she listens beyond words—attuning to the subtle rhythms of each person. Her role is to hold a safe, supportive space where the breath can unfold naturally, allowing the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the heart to gently open.
Through this practice, the breath becomes a pathway for deep relaxation, stress release, emotional balance, and a return to inner clarity. For some, this process brings emotional or energetic release; for others, it offers grounding, insight, or a quiet sense of homecoming within themselves.

45-Minute Breathwork Journey
A guided, beginner-friendly journey using a 3-step conscious connected breathing style to support relaxation, emotional release, a deeper sense of ease — and a soft return home to yourself. Please note that you will be laying on a mat for about an hour. Bolsters and blankets will be provided for extra comfort and support.
