About the Event

Ready to make an impact while supporting local entrepreneurs?

Join Find Community Connection Project (FCCP) as a volunteer at our 9th Annual Small Business Pop-Up — a full-day celebration of community, commerce, and connection right in the heart of Brooklyn!

We’re bringing together over 50 local vendors, hundreds of attendees, and a powerful lineup of resource partners, educators, and cultural brands — and we need your help to make it happen.

As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in keeping the day running smoothly, whether it’s through:

• Set-Up & Break-Down: Assist with tables, décor, signage, and vendor preparation.
• Check-In & Guest Support: Welcome attendees, manage registration, and guide guests.
• Vendor Support: Help small business owners unload, set up, and connect with attendees.
• Event Operations: Support panels, networking sessions, and community activities throughout the day.

This is a great opportunity to:

Volunteer Shifts

Volunteer shifts for Thursday, November 13, 2025, are as follows:

🕙 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🕐 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
🕓 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🕕 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The full event runs from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and you’re welcome to serve for more than one shift if you’d like!
