Yes... please bring rescue inhaler with you and be sure to speak to your health care provider if you have any questions.

What happens if I have a big emotional release and I need support after the event?

Colette is an Certified Integration Coach.  If you attend her 9D Breathwork event and experience a big emotional release, you won’t have to navigate it alone.  She always offer a free integration call for all attendees to help process and make sense of what came up for you during the session.

No, there is no religious affiliation to this event. My  Breathwork experiences are designed to be inclusive and accessible to people from all backgrounds and beliefs. The focus is on personal transformation, emotional healing, and mind-body integration using proven breathwork techniques.

Can I attend if I have health issues?

Here is the list of contraindications: Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy or seizures in the past, anyone taking heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma or pregnancy
