We’ve got you covered. Includes yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and pillow all prepared and waiting for you. Bring water and an optional journal.

Parking & Arrival Notes

Parking at The Ballet Studio (7330 West 80th Street) can be limited, so we recommend arriving early. There’s a parking garage just a few blocks away, and the entrance to the studio is around the back of the building. Arriving 10–15 minutes early ensures you find parking and get settled before the journey begins.
